How to Grow Winter Purslane?

Sowing & Planting

• Outdoor cultivation: Sow from August 15 to late September, in rows (spaced 20-25 cm) or broadcast. Thin seedlings to 10 cm apart.
• Under cover: Sow in a cold greenhouse until late October for a winter-long harvest.

Care & Harvesting

• Water regularly to encourage regrowth.
• Enrich the soil with compost or organic fertilizers.
• Harvest continuously by picking the largest leaves.
