Winter Cress or Barbara's Herb

Also known as winter cress or land cress, this plant is an excellent substitute for watercress in gardens with cool, moist soil. It can be eaten raw in salads or used in soups.

Cultivation advice
Sow lightly in partial shade from July to September, directly in rows with 25 cm spacing. Thin the seedlings to 15 cm and keep the soil consistently moist. Harvest throughout the winter, from November to March, to enjoy its fresh flavor.
