Golden Summer Purslane – Succulent and Nutritious

A low-growing, creeping plant with fleshy, light green leaves that can be eaten raw or cooked.

Growing Advice

Sow from May to early August, directly in the ground, either broadcast or in rows with 25 cm spacing. The seeds need light to germinate, so cover them lightly. Thin out seedlings to 15 cm apart.

Choose a warm, sunny location and water regularly. Harvest from July to October.
