Product description

To grow Bark Salsify 'VRN-Enorma', it is recommended to use a homogeneous soil that has been thoroughly loosened. It is better not to transplant this plant as the variety has a long root with a dark brown skin. One bag is enough for about 5 m2 and the planting distance should be 25x10 cm.

Sow from mid April to mid May at a row spacing of 25 cm, earlier sowing gives bolters. Thin out in the row at 10 cm, do not transplant. Harvest during autumn and winter, hardy. Do not fertilise.
