Turnip 'Petrowski' – Early Yellow Turnip with Sweet Flavor

Turnip 'Petrowski' is an old German variety with round, slightly flattened yellow roots. This early variety is ready for harvest in just 1.5 to 2 months. Its white flesh is tender, sweet, and aromatic, especially when harvested young. With a mild taste somewhere between turnip and radish, it is delicious raw, grated into salads.

Growing Guide for a Successful Harvest

Sowing

• Sow early varieties between March and May or in August, with 20-25 cm row spacing.
