Growing Tips for Mixed Leaf Lettuce
Sowing
Sow the seeds from February to March under cover, and directly in the ground from the last frost until September.

You can sow in a nursery or directly in the field. For nursery sowing, transplant seedlings about 30 cm apart after approximately four weeks when they have 4-5 leaves. For field sowing, thin the plants to 10 cm, and then to 30 cm.

Soil Requirements
Leaf lettuce needs plenty of sunlight and well-draining, fertile soil enriched with compost or organic matter. Regular watering is necessary, especially during dry periods.

Harvesting
